Coaching For Leadership Excellence - IT WORKS !!!

What Is Coaching ?

Personal strategic coaching is a powerful, collaborative relationship between a coach
and a willing individual which enables; through a process of discovery, goal setting and strategic actions,
the realization of extraordinary results.  Coaching is also a body of knowledge, a technology,
and a style of relating that focuses on the development of human potential.
Coaching is interdevelopmental in that the collaboration develops
both the coach and the individual being coached.

Competencies Addressed:

  • Leadership Development – for those superior performers who would benefit from raising their leadership skills and professional development to the next level.

  • Performance Improvement – for those who may have a “blind spot,” a problem, or an issue that is preventing them from optimizing performance and contributing to the business.  Because of their value to the company, it is worth investing in them to overcome this problem.

  • Leadership Training – for those who have recently stepped into a leadership role. Personal coaching provides a customized training experience for their development.

  • Team Coaching – for the teams whose effectiveness is critical to the goals of the organization.

  • Career Development – for those seeking their best fit in the organization.

The Benefits of External Coaching:

  • Experienced, Professional Coaches:  Our Coaches are seasoned professionals with years of experience.  After an initial interview, you are linked with the coach with the most experience in your field.

  • Objectivity:  The coach is not influenced by personalities, history, or corporate culture.  The coach can, therefore, approach the individual without organizational bias or pre-formed conclusions.

  • Confidentiality:  This is a key ingredient to a successful coaching relationship. The person being coached needs to know that his/her coach can be a sounding board, an accountability partner, and an objective voice to ask hard questions. The results of these conversations are kept in complete confidence.

  • Quality and Experience: A professional coach brings expertise in the area of executive coaching without being encumbered by other corporate responsibilities.  Good coaching is an art that is developed over time through a combination of wisdom and experience.

  • Relationship with Boss:  The boss’ role stays clearly that of a participant in the developmental process by providing on-going feedback and assessing the employee’s progress towards achieving his/her personal development goals.

  • Cost: It is cost effective to use an external coach on an as-needed basis.  Typically, the improved performance of the coachee results in a bottom-line impact for the organization that far exceeds the cost of the coaching contract.  Reduced employee turnover, greater impact from training dollars spent and improved performance and results from customer/client interactions are only a few of these successes.
