Grinnell (Peter) Morris is an executive coach and leadership consultant. He has seasoned expertise in guiding individual leaders and executive teams to optimize their personal effectiveness and leadership skills. Peter began his consulting practice following retirement from Mobil Oil Corporation in 1996 after a 33-year career that encompassed marketing, strategic planning and international Human Resources. During his last 6 years at Mobil, he served as the HR executive for Mobil’s worldwide logistics division, Supply, Trading and Transportation.

Peter is expert in Myers-Briggs facilitation, 360 Degree Feedback coaching and team building. In addition to his training and experience in the art of coaching, his extensive business background enables him to provide value-added insights in his coaching relationships with clients. Peter is currently also on the adjunct faculty team at The Federal Executive Institute.  He is co-founder of The Leadership Awakening Experience™, a leadership development curriculum for senior leaders.
