Perception of Others - A thorough assessment of how you “come Across” to others

Includes 360 Degree Feedback - a report outlining your strengths and areas for development from
your boss, peers and direct reports

  • 2-hour feedback session

Personal Development Plan - A personal development plan is generated from the the results of
the previous assessments. 

Strategic Coaching - Includes 2 sessions of coaching to ensure successful

The Leadership Assessment Experience

A two-day leadership program for mid to senior-level managers

Leadership Alignment is a two and a half day intensive course designed for the mid level manager seeking leadership roles.  The transition from managing people to leading and setting direction is difficult to navigate for the employee and critical to organizational success.  Some employees move easily into senior leader roles, while others struggle. Leadership Assessment was designed to increase the effectiveness of this strategically important group of employees.

Course Goals :

  • Participants are made aware of the leadership competencies necessary to move to the next level.

  • Participants undertake a thorough assessment of natural abilities and personal leadership style.

  • Participants learn what are the four foundational competencies necessary for success

- Effective Influence through communication

- Decision-making and problem solving

- Authorizing and Empowering - working through the efforts of others

- Visioning and Setting strategic direction

  • Employees become aware of their strengths and how to leverage them for success
