able to identify your strengths, link them

How Do You Measure
We measure innate
strengths using worksamples. A worksample is a direct, behavioral measure
one ability, and one ability only. We do not rely on self-report.
We do not rely on experience.
A person can have considerable
ability in a given area and never know it, because he or
never been in a situation that would use it. We use a battery of
worksamples that have been developed over 70 years for industry
and management. No prior education, training, past
experience or college degree provides that advantage. Most
people will have some high scores
and some low scores. It is the resulting pattern of scores that
